We’re excited to welcome Michael Affronti to DriveCentric as our Chief Product & Business Officer.
This is an important moment for our company. Over the past year, we’ve continued to grow, expand our platform, and invest in building more connected, intelligent technology for dealerships. Bringing Michael on board is a natural next step as we continue to scale that work and push it forward.
Michael brings more than two decades of experience building and leading product organizations across high-growth and global technology companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer at Bumble, where he led global product strategy across consumer experience, platform capabilities, and growth systems, while helping advance the company’s use of AI.
Prior to that, he led Commerce Cloud at Salesforce, a $1.5 billion e-commerce platform supporting both B2C and B2B organizations. During his time there, he worked closely with automotive manufacturers on CRM, digital retail, and platform strategy. Experience that directly connects to the challenges and opportunities our customers face today.
What stood out most to us is how closely Michael’s experience aligns with where the industry is heading.
Dealerships today are operating in an increasingly complex environment. Customer expectations continue to rise, communication is happening across more channels, and teams are being asked to move faster while managing fragmented systems and disconnected data.
The next phase of automotive technology won’t be defined by adding more tools. It will be defined by how well those systems work together.
Dealers don’t need more software. They need platforms that simplify operations, connect data across the customer lifecycle, and enable teams to engage faster and more effectively in real time.
That’s the problem we’re focused on solving.
At DriveCentric, we’re building a more unified, AI-driven platform designed to reduce fragmentation, streamline processes, and help dealerships deliver more consistent, personalized customer experiences. This next phase of our product evolution is about making that platform smarter, more connected, and more impactful in day-to-day operations.
Michael will play a key role in leading that effort.
He’ll help guide our product strategy, shape our platform roadmap, and ensure the technology we build continues to solve real, practical problems for dealers. His ability to translate complex technology into usable, high-impact solutions is exactly what we need as we continue to scale.
There’s also a personal connection that makes this especially meaningful. Michael grew up around his family’s Cadillac dealership, spending time on the lot and seeing firsthand how relationships and customer experience drive success. That perspective, combined with his experience working with automotive OEMs, gives him a unique understanding of both the industry and the technology supporting it.
“The automotive industry is at an inflection point, and DriveCentric has the team, the technology, and the vision to lead it. I've spent my career building platforms that simplify complexity and create real value — and that's exactly what dealerships need right now. I couldn't be more excited to be part of what comes next." said Affronti.
Bringing Michael on board is an important step as we continue building a platform that helps dealerships operate more efficiently, connect more meaningfully with customers.
