Black Book Brings VIN-Specific Trade-In Value To DriveCentric's AI Engagement Platform
Announcement

Partnership enables dealership teams and consumers to see the same VIN-specific trade-in value the moment the conversation starts
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA (Oct. 30, 2026) – Black Book and DriveCentric have entered a partnership to integrate Black Book vehicle data into DriveCentric, the AI Engagement Platform built for retail dealerships.
With Black Book data inside DriveCentric, VIN-specific Trade-In Values appear directly in the tools dealership teams already use to work with customers, including the DriveCentric Customer Card and Genius AI conversations. All communication with the consumer extends the same visibility to them during the customer experience, so the dealer and the consumer are working from the same number from the start of the conversation.
“Bringing Black Book data into DriveCentric gives authorized users access to VIN-specific Trade-In Values within the tools they use to work with customers,” said Jared Kalfus, President of Black Book.
“Dealers want to acquire vehicles from consumers and both dealers and consumers want a fair, transparent and efficient process to support this. With Black Book inside DriveCentric, vehicle value is right there in the conversation, and consumers get the same clarity on their side. It’s one more way we’re building trusted data into the platform dealership teams already work in, with no bolt-on and no new vendor to manage” said Joe Hampton, Head of Corporate Development and Partnerships at DriveCentric.
