As we arrived at NADA 2025, we faced a unique challenge: a rare winter storm had hit New Orleans just days before, disrupting travel and delaying the event’s opening. Despite these obstacles, our DriveCentric team was determined to make it and deliver a standout experience.

FordDirect Friday Keynote

One of the highlights of the event was our FordDirect Friday Keynote, where Chris Royle, Ross Fusz, and Joshua Fichter joined us on stage. Together, we explored the immense value this partnership brings to Ford dealers like Joshua. From seamless integrations to enhanced customer engagement tools, we demonstrated how DriveCentric and FordDirect empower dealers to thrive in today’s competitive market.

Connecting with New and Current Customers

The DriveCentric booth was buzzing with excitement as we demoed our product to many new users. But what made the experience even more special was the number of current customers who stopped by to see the latest and greatest features we’ve been working on. Our Augmented Intelligence Marketing (AIM) feature was a highlight, showcasing how it delivers personalized touchpoints across an entire database to keep customer engagement warm and effective.

We also unveiled our new campaigns feature, which allows users to easily create and send personalized campaigns. This powerful addition provides dealers with another tool to connect meaningfully with their customers and enhance their outreach strategies.

VINCUE Unite Keynote

We also hosted our VINCUE Unite Keynote, an insightful session that showcased the powerful integration between DriveCentric and VINCUE. The panel included Danny from VINCUE, Shawn Goebel, a proud Product Owner at DriveCentric, and Patrick Abad, a dealer who relies on this integration daily. Their discussion highlighted how this partnership streamlines dealership operations, enhances inventory management, and delivers a superior customer experience.
