DriveCentric is excited to announce a new bi-directional integration with Urban Science’s SalesAlert™ solution, bringing real-time, daily defection insights directly into your CRM workflow — and putting the power of data-driven follow-up in your team’s hands.
What is SalesAlert™?
SalesAlert™ by Urban Science is a lead and sales performance monitoring tool trusted by nearly 4,000 dealerships nationwide. What This Integration Means for DriveCentric Users
Now, when SalesAlert™ identifies a lost sale, it checks for a match inside your DriveCentric CRM and automatically creates a Touchpoint or Reminder Task for the assigned salesperson or BDC rep. These tasks are dropped right into the user’s existing workflow — no extra steps, no manual digging, and no dead leads.
