DC20 Dallas was a milestone event—our 7th edition and the first time in Dallas! We brought together 100 incredible DC Dealers for a few unforgettable days of learning, networking, and growth. From expert-led sessions to deep-dive discussions on dealership best practices, DC20 Dallas set a new standard for engagement and innovation.
Dealer-Led Sessions: Real-World Insights from Top Performers
One of the biggest highlights of DC20 is always the opportunity to hear from real dealers, real experiences, and real results. This year, our lineup of dealer speakers delivered powerful sessions covering everything from leadership to customer engagement:
• Brittany Ouellette – DC Management Best Practices
• Brian King – It’s Not the Car, It’s the Customer
• Jake Hales – Video and Reporting: Maximizing Impact
• Carlo Castillo – No Business Rules: Thinking Differently
• Kevin Pitts – Optimizing Your Engagement Center
• Bob Kain & David Griffith – How to Run an Effective Morning Meeting
• Eric Dunlap – Converting Engagement to Visit Status
• Tyler Burton – Augmented Intelligence Marketing (AIM) in Action
These sessions provided tactical, real-world strategies that dealers could take home and immediately apply to their own operations. Whether it was mastering video reporting, refining morning meetings, or unlocking AIM’s potential, every topic was designed to help dealerships grow and improve performance.
Leadership & Motivation: Taking Performance to the Next Level
Beyond dealership operations, DC20 Dallas also delivered powerful leadership and motivational insights to inspire attendees.
• Jonathan Dawson led a compelling session on sales psychology, leadership, and building a high-performing dealership culture. His energy and expertise helped dealers reframe their approach to customer interactions and team management.
• Andre Petroski, MMA fighter and motivational speaker, shared an electrifying talk on discipline, resilience, and peak performance. His session drew powerful connections between the fight world and the business world, encouraging dealers to push beyond challenges and reach new heights.
Building Connections That Matter
DC20 isn’t just about learning—it’s about community. Throughout the event, dealers and industry leaders had the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and build relationships that extend far beyond the conference walls. Whether it was during sessions, networking breaks, or casual conversations, the energy and collaboration at DC20 Dallas were unmatched.
One attendee summed it up best:
“Thankful for the opportunity to visit Dallas and bring back all three of those things with me. It was fantastic, and being able to connect with others in my community of practice was enlightening, which is why community and diversity within it is crucial. Thank you.”
