The past month has been a whirlwind of excitement here at DriveCentric. We've been busy with a lineup of events, rolling out our latest innovation, AIM (Augmented Intelligence Marketing), and gearing up for the next DC20 event in Nashville.
CNDCA Dealer Day
We had the exciting opportunity to sponsor the California New Car Dealers Association (CNCDA) event for the first time this year, which included our inaugural Dealer Day. It was a fantastic chance to meet with many dealers and introduce them to DriveCentric for the first time in Sacramento.
Throughout the day, dealers had important appointments with legislators to discuss laws that impact dealerships, including PAGA, SB 961 (Mandatory Speed Limit Software), and SB 903 (PFAS Ban). As a platinum sponsor, we were proud to support this event and engage with dealers on these critical issues.
We're already looking forward to attending and mingling with dealers at the 2024 Annual CNCDA convention in Hawaii this September. It's sure to be another great opportunity to connect and collaborate with industry leaders.
KAIN: Clients and Friends Digital Success Workshop
Steve and Lacy headed to Lexington, KY for The 19th Clients and Friends Digital Success Workshop. Steve presented his session on Conversational Commerce. The session focuses on the shift from transactional to conversational commerce. He discussed the benefits of engaging customers in genuine conversations, moving away from traditional, impersonal interactions. One key factor in the presentation was the way that our new product, AIM (Augmented Intelligence Marketing), caters to the need for a personal connection for customers. This approach not only enhances the customer experience but also drives meaningful connections that lead to increased loyalty and sales.
DC20 Unlocked Podcast
In our latest DC20 Unlocked podcast episode, we delve into the crucial topic of showroom efficiency alongside our friends from NextUp and TotalCx. We also have Travis Morss, GM at Frank Leta on the episode to speak from the dealer point of view.
